We are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager to lead daily operations at a mission-critical facility located in North Tonawanda, NY. This individual will oversee onsite personnel, ensure operational stability, and maintain system uptime across power and network infrastructure.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations at the North Tonawanda facility, including power distribution systems, computing hardware, and network infrastructure.
Supervise and coordinate the onsite operations team, including technicians and contractors.
Monitor and ensure stable performance of electrical systems - including PDUs, switchgear, and main panels.
Collaborate with centralized operations and engineering teams to optimize network performance and uptime.
Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and troubleshoot issues with support vendors.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, SOPs, and internal reporting procedures.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as uptime, power usage, and equipment efficiency.
Provide on-call support during critical incidents or outages.Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in electrical systems, data centers, mining, or industrial operations.
Strong understanding of power infrastructure, including 3-phase systems, panelboards, and PDUs.
Working knowledge of network hardware, including switches, cabling, and IP configuration.
Proven experience supervising teams in field-based or facility-based environments.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-uptime setting.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications
Electrical or technical certifications (e.g., journeyman, technician, associate's degree in electrical or network technology).
Familiarity with digital compute infrastructure such as mining hardware (e.g., Bitmain, Whatsminer, or immersion systems).
Experience in critical infrastructure, industrial control systems, or other high-availability environments.Why Apply?
