Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Consultant to lead critical operational projects within a dynamic healthcare environment. This long-term contract role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and focuses on driving organizational success through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine project strategies and drive successful outcomes.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency across HR, Finance, and Procurement.

• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or roadblocks proactively.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project execution.

• Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment on objectives.

• Provide ongoing updates and reports to leadership on project status and milestones.• At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in operational or healthcare settings.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR, Finance, and Procurement processes.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across service lines.

• Strong familiarity with Oracle Cloud technologies and their applications.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in change management strategies and implementation.

• Certification in Oracle or related systems is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
