Job Title: Forklift Operator/General Production
Job Description
The Warehouse Utility Handler is responsible for the accurate selection, staging, and consistent flow of components in support of the production life-cycle process to meet daily goals and objectives. This is a hybrid position requiring active participation in all production tasks. The candidate must prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining the highest safety standards. An analytical mindset is essential to accurately track, account for, and maintain production inventory and supplies. Flexibility and willingness to perform at high levels during peak production times are necessary.
Responsibilities
Accurately select, stage, and maintain the flow of components for the production process.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring safety standards are upheld.
Track and account for production inventory and supplies accurately.
Support all production tasks as required.
Perform tasks efficiently during peak production times.Essential Skills
Proficient in forklift operation, including high reach forklift.
Experience with inventory and material handling.
Strong math and analytical skills for basic calculations and decision-making.
Ability to communicate effectively in English through reading, speaking, and writing.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; some college or trade courses preferred.
Basic computer skills for data entry, order tracking, and production-related tasks.
High degree of attention to prevent injury to self and others.
Ability to follow instructions for equipment operation and record-keeping.

Work Environment
The role is set in a semi-climate controlled manufacturing environment. Employees must wear steel-toed boots and safety glasses. The position follows a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
