Location: Onsite – Columbus, OH

Client: Leading Financial Services Company

️ Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Contract Duration: 1 year (June 2025 – June 2026)

Pay Rate: $34/hour W2 ONLY (No C2C, No 1099)

Our client is a top-tier financial services company recognized for innovation, reliability, and excellence. They are expanding their IT operations and looking for a detail-oriented Command Center Analyst to join their onsite operations team in Columbus, OH.

️ Role Overview

As a member of the IT Command Center, you will play a critical role in monitoring system health, supporting change and incident management processes, and ensuring fast, accurate responses to potential issues. This position is ideal for professionals with operational awareness and experience in high-impact environments.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor critical systems and processes using tools like Splunk, BigPanda, and Dynatrace

Support change enablement and incident management protocols (ITIL-based)

Participate in incident response calls and maintain detailed incident documentation

Provide executive-level updates on system issues, risks, and resolutions

Conduct handoffs with incoming shifts and maintain clear communication with leadership

Must-Have Qualifications

1+ year of experience in NOC, SOC, or technical operations environments

Working knowledge of ITIL (especially incident/change management)

Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk, BigPanda, Dynatrace, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Comfortable working onsite during second shift hours

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with ServiceNow, Azure and/or AWS

ITILv4 Foundation or CCNA certification

Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Additional Information

This is a W2 contract role only — no C2C or third-party vendors

Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH
