Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 2 – Identity & Access Management

Contract Type: 12-month contract (with potential extension based on future project decisions)

Location: West Des Moines, IA

Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office required weekly

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Execution Consultant 2 to support our Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role will focus on collaborating with business partners to develop, implement, and maintain secure IAM roles and profiles, ensuring compliance and efficiency across systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Business Partners:

• Understand business needs and translate them into IAM solutions.

• Develop and maintain roles and profiles that align with both business goals and compliance requirements.

* Develop Access Solutions:

• Design secure, scalable, and efficient access models.

• Define roles, permissions, and access controls in alignment with IT and security standards.

* Maintain Access Artifacts:

• Conduct regular reviews and updates of IAM entitlements, roles, and profiles.

• Proactively address issues and discrepancies to maintain access integrity.

* Conduct Access Reviews:

• Perform periodic reviews to verify appropriate access rights.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

* Provide Support and Training:

• Educate business partners and end-users on IAM best practices.

• Offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure adherence to IAM processes.

* Monitor and Report

• Track entitlement use for suspicious or unauthorized activity.

• Generate reports and deliver actionable insights to leadership regarding IAM health and performance.

* Stay Current with Industry Trends

• Remain informed of evolving IAM technologies and practices.

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance security and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Identity & Access Management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards related to IAM is a plus.
