Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, tour, and assist prospective residents in finding their ideal apartment home.
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities.
Explain leasing terms, qualifications, and rental rates to potential renters.
Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current availability, market trends, and competitor properties.
Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication to increase conversion rates.
Assist with marketing efforts including online listings, social media, and community outreach.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and ensure all documentation is complete.
Address resident questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a clean and welcoming leasing office and model apartments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
1-3 years management experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in leasing software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and MS Office Suite
