• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to entry-level team members.• A minimum of 3 years of experience in backend engineering, preferably within a startup environment.

• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Rust and Go.

• Strong experience in API development and integration.

• Familiarity with databases and cloud platforms, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.

• Proven track record of contributing to open-source projects.

• Ability to design and implement scalable and robust system architectures.
