Minimum 1+ years social worker experience required.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution

Valid state licensure for social work

Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Knowledge of community resources and social services

Cultural competence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, intervention, and support services to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement effective intervention plans

Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions

Conduct crisis interventions and provide support during emergencies

Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
