GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in-home, community, or school setting
Implement treatment plans
Record data and create progress notes during ABA sessions
Effectively communicate, both in written and verbal formats, with parents about the client’s progress.
Participate in meetings with other team members, as needed
Assist with assessment and reassessment procedures, including and not limited to functional and preference assessments
Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
Maintain client confidentiality and privacy polity under HIPPA compliance
Attend training required to maintain and acquire technical knowledge
Respond to constructive feedback given by the Lead Analyst during meetings
Adhere to the ethical standards following BACB guidelines
DUTIES
Able to participate in training in person or using video conferencing as part of the supervision program
Provide direct behavior analytic services in the child’s natural environments
Ensure video conferencing is available for direct observation of sessions for supervision when previously consented
SKILLS
Ability to accept and respond to constructive feedback
Effective time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols
Computer skills are required.
QUALIFICATIONS
BCaBA Certification
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
CPR certification
Completion of a Level 2 background clearance
In-services required
Medicaid provider required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to assume and maintain various postures (e.g., kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing) for extended periods.
