Job Description
LHH is partnering with a well-established, family-owned engineering firm to hire an Accounting Assistant in San Diego, CA. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and distributing monthly client billing
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Review and audit employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance
Support various accounting and administrative functions as needed
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and accounting
Prior experience in construction, engineering, or design industries is a plus
Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
