Job Description

Join PDS Tech as a Truss Assembler – Build the Future of Housing!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: 18/hour

Location: Florence, SC

We're hiring motivated Assemblers to join our team in producing high-quality trusses for homebuilding. You'll assemble wood components using hand and power tools, follow blueprints, and ensure top-notch quality.

What You’ll Do:

Assemble wood materials and components into finished trusses

Use tape measures, nail guns, staple guns, and hand tools

Read and interpret design specs

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

Operate under safety and quality guidelines

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in assembly, construction, or manual labor

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

Basic carpentry or manufacturing background preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Must pass a drug screen and background check

Able to work occasional Saturdays

Pay Details: 18.00 per hour
