Job Description
We're hiring for a Project Manager to join—a growing commercial General Contracting company based in Charleston, SC. This direct hire, full-time role will manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality results on time and within budget. Founded in 2010 and licensed in SC, NC, and GA, Satchel Construction is focused on expanding its presence throughout South Carolina.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary contact for all project-related duties
· Oversee multiple projects and coordinate with site superintendents on scheduling
· Manage subcontractor selection, awards, and communication with clients and architects
· Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation using Procore software
· Review and approve subcontractor billing and manage overall project cash flow
Project Manager Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial construction or a recent 4-year university graduate
· Proficient in Procore and general computer software
· Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Must reside in the Charleston area and have a personal vehicle; light travel required

Pay and Benefits-
$80,000–$100,000/year + performance bonus, company phone, paid holidays, and vacation. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance available after a waiting period.
