• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and update files and reports.
• Organize and manage physical and digital files, ensuring easy accessibility.
• Assist with typing and formatting documents to meet organizational standards.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide courteous customer service support as needed to address data-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols throughout all tasks.• Proficiency in 10-key typing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation.
• Prior experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
