Position Details:
Position: Online Recruiter (1099 Contractor)
Schedule: Full-Time Preferred (Minimum 30 hrs/week)
Pay: Average $1,500/week + Weekly Bonuses
Location: 100% Remote (Work from home)
Start Date: IMMEDIATE openings available
Responsibilities:
Learn and manage full-cycle recruiting processes
Maintain weekly productivity (minimum 1 hire/week)
Attend virtual training and team meetings
Collaborate with team leaders and fellow recruiters

Requirements:
Must be a U.S. resident
Able to start immediately
Must be proactive, disciplined, and coachable
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Smartphone, internet, and computer required
Your daily job is to call leads provided to you to prequalify drivers and see them through the hiring process. There is no cold calling these are all applicants that have applied to positions we have advertised. You get paid once your driver gets hired! We also only promote within and have many opportunities available to you. We need Full-time agents only working a minimum of 20 hours per week!
