Duration: 24 months (possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: $22/hr W2 + benefits / $25/hr C2C

Job Description:

The Logistics Analyst 1 will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules. The role involves reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules, as well as compiling reports on inventory levels, costs, and other logistical metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine documents, materials, and products to assess completeness, accuracy, and adherence to standards.

Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements.

Record production data, including volume produced, raw material consumption, and quality control measures.

Requisition and maintain inventory of materials and supplies to meet production demands.

Respond to dealer requests for shipment tracking, delivery confirmations, and missing machine/attachment locations.

Collaborate with Load Planning to adjust pickup and delivery dates based on unforeseen delays.

Run Tableau reports and update estimated time of arrival (ETA) requests from carriers.

Cover for the Customer Site Delivery TLA when necessary.

Qualifications (Required):

High school diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of customer service experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, charts, and data manipulation).

Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications (Desired):

Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment & Team Interaction:

Typical work hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No remote work).

Office-based work environment with regular collaboration with network planners, defense teams, carriers, and the load planning team.

Expected to manage incoming DOCS requests, update ETA tracking, and ensure smooth communication between logistics stakeholders.

Interview Process:

In-person interviews preferred. Estimated process duration: 3 weeks.
