Salary 70,000-80,000. Benefits include 401k, paid time off, and remote work.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other significant entities.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, CRM, and Dayforce to maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Process and monitor customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide top-notch, white-glove service to all customers.
• Manage 401k - RRSP Administration and Cobra Administration.
• Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in all processes.
• Oversee all benefit functions and claim administration tasks.
Job Requirements:
3+ Years Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in logistics, 3PL, or warehousing.
Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and hit sales targets.
Trade Show Savvy: Experience attending and representing at trade shows and industry events preferred.
Sales Success: Skilled in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals in competitive markets.
CRM Knowledge: Familiar with CRM tools for tracking sales, managing leads, and reporting.
Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and 3PL services.
Top Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written abilities for presentations and negotiations.
Travel Ready: Open to traveling for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
