Civil/Survey Designer & Drafter:

We are seeking applicants for a civil/survey designer/drafter, this position is in our Hermiston, Oregon office. The applicant shall have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the field of civil and survey design drafting. The successful applicant will demonstrate that they possess the experience and formal or in-formal education to qualify for this position.

Desired experience shall consist of producing commercial site designs, roadway and utility designs, general drafting of surveys, the ability to contribute on multiple projects and deadlines.

Project types consists of private and public commercial developments, schools, parks, churches, fire stations, food processing facilities, roadways, public works projects and subdivisions.

The selected applicant should be able to produce construction ready design drawings and final survey maps utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, coordinate with architectural clients and other design team members and become a successful member of our team. Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.

Applicant must be self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and expand their knowledge base.

The client is an engineering and surveying firm with offices in Ontario, Oregon and Hermiston, Oregon. They work on a variety of project types throughout the Northwest and offer a diverse range of design and survey experience. Work will be shared between office locations, typical project sites are located throughout Eastern Oregon, Western Idaho and Southeast Washington, web-based communication skills between offices is a necessity. Their goal is to provide a very comfortable, family friendly and enjoyable work atmosphere.

Hourly Compensation: DOE $20.00- $35.00
