Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Scanner to join our team in El Paso, Texas. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone who excels in maintaining accuracy and efficiency while handling a variety of clerical and document management tasks. The role requires scanning and organizing documents, along with other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize paper documents accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and label scanned files to ensure proper storage and easy retrieval.
• Perform quality checks on scanned documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Handle clerical tasks such as maintaining records, creating charts, and managing correspondence.
• Respond to inbound calls and provide necessary information or assistance as required.
• Use software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Epic Software, and IBM AS/400 to manage and process documents.
• Create and update reports, charts, and graphs as part of document management processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all scanning and administrative tasks are completed on time.
• Assist with other office-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat, Epic Software, and IBM AS/400.
• Familiarity with document scanning equipment and processes.
• Strong clerical skills, including managing correspondence and creating charts or graphs.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information.
• Experience with administrative tools such as A-Systems and About Time.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
