Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
Make a meaningful impact as a School Psychologist by helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive educational setting. This full-time opportunity is based in Willimantic, Connecticut, serving students in grades K12 throughout the 20252026 school year.
Qualifications:
Doctorate in Psychology (PhD) required
Bachelors degree (minimum qualification)
Previous experience in school or educational settings preferred
Strong ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Position Details:
Full-time, school-year position
Contract Dates: August 28, 2025 June 16, 2026
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
35 hours per week (with slight variation possible)
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments to support student learning and growth
Provide short-term counseling and behavioral support to students
Collaborate with IEP teams and staff to implement effective interventions
Assist in designing individualized education programs (IEPs)
Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive school culture
