Who We're Looking For
You’re a great fit for this position if you:
Are detail oriented and punctual (7 AM start in Tyngsborough required)
Can lift 50–100 lbs. regularly and are physically fit for manual labor
Have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Can pass a background check

Total on target annual income: $48,000 - $60,500

Inside Sales Representative – Remote
Compensation:
Base Pay: $18–$25/hr (DOE) + Bonuses
Earning Potential: $50-60K+ annually with bonuses
Location: Remote – Candidates preferred to reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, or Vermont.

What You’ll Do
As an ISR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging with inbound warm leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team. Your job is to build rapport, communicate value, and turn interest into action!
This is a fully remote position, but candidates should be available on Eastern working hours to contact our customers in New England.
Daily Responsibilities
Engage and qualify warm prospects via phone, social media, and messaging platforms.
Set appointments for our outside sales team with qualified leads.
Manage inbound inquiries from social media, phone calls, and website submissions.
Follow up with potential customers who haven’t yet scheduled an appointment.
Track your performance and report daily results.
Attend weekly virtual meetings and coaching sessions to level up your skills.
Opportunity to work in-person at local events to engage potential customers.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outreach.
2+ years of remote/work-from-home experience.
Excellent communicator – strong verbal and written skills, with clear pronunciation.
High-energy & persuasive – able to create excitement and urgency.
Tech-savvy – comfortable navigating CRM software, Google Suite, and phone systems.
Social media savvy – experience engaging with leads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Symphony Concrete Coatings is looking for a motivated, professional, and goal-driven Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to join our growing team! You'll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled in-home appointments, We generate your appointments, we confirm your appointments, you meet your customers and do an outstanding demonstration. We sell a highly desirable exclusive product with a high closing percentage and incredible selling features.

What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners at confirmed appointments (no cold calls!)

What We’re Looking For
