Inside Sales Rep

Job Description

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is looking to hire Inside Sales Representatives for our client in Ladson, SC. Our client is looking to build out their US Sales Team and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their growing team. This position will partner with the European office Sales team to build a successful strategy in the US and grow their customer base.

Responsibilities

Identify and target companies across their dedicated assigned regions.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential customers.

Generate and qualify leads through various channels.

Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Happy to assist other areas of the business as and when required.

Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits of the company’s products and services.

Communicate technical details effectively to address client needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.

Work towards and exceed set sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience in phone-based sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Past experience in a sales-based role that resulted in success and overachievement.

Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and track sales activities.

Proficiency in using ERP systems for processing orders and tracking customer information.

Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is a base plus commission structure though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
