Qualifications:

Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter.

Minimum 4.0 EIPA score.

Experience interpreting in educational settings, particularly with elementary students.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.

Location: Concord, CA

Responsibilities:

Provide interpretation services for a 2nd-grade student using sign language.

Collaborate with classroom teachers to facilitate effective communication and support the student's learning.

Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development as required.

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement.

Document and monitor students' progress as needed.
