Class A Delivery Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a Class A Driver to join our team! Must have a Class A license with experience however will mostly be driving a class b refrigerated straight truck. We are looking for drivers for who will start training and orientation immediately!

Driver shifts are Monday through Friday with start times that could start anytime between 4am and 8am depending on route until the job is done (10 to 12 hours)! Drivers will be making deliveries where 50% is touch and 50% is not touch but live unload.!

This is for the delivery of raw material to mom and pops, grocery stores, bakeries and distribution centers(live unloads) Trucks have lift gates and drivers will utilize electric pallet jacks and 2 wheelers to unload product. Regional routes can vary between 500 to 1500 mile

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck

Unload cargo

Properly track and document activity log

Report any issues or incidents to dispatch

Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

Previous experience in truck driving

Commercial driver's license

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong work ethic
