Job Description
The Infrastructure Project Manager will work directly with major clients
managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects from conception through commissioning.
Candidates must have the experience to manage and advise clients on the design scope and
construction process. A professional engineer license is required.
A successful candidate will be able to act independently with a bias for action and a willingness
to learn and adapt quickly. A strong background in water and wastewater infrastructure coupled
with organizational and communication skills will be critical. This role requires initiative and
involves significant collaboration with client teams. There is considerable latitude offered for
independent judgment and strong business support for actions related to program objectives.
Responsibilities: Provide commercial, industrial, and municipal clients with infrastructure
portfolio management services, leveraging expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure
engineering to deliver infrastructure programs that enhance business value.
• Scope and facilitate engineering studies and research projects to accomplish and inform
company and client objectives.
• Prepare contracts, develop rough order magnitude cost and schedule estimates, secure
permits, obtain landowner agreements, establish purveyor relationships, facilitate
municipal agreements and relationships, and oversee construction projects.
• Serve client goals by providing cross-functional tools, insights, and experience to
develop all phases of infrastructure projects with varied client teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assemble and organize data and
analytics to support further development of SAAS tools owned or managed by the
company.
• Preposition project and program work for success by leveraging a risk-management
approach to development planning.
• Support marketing efforts and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
is a minimum requirement for this role.

• Professional licensure or a comparable licensure credential is necessary.
• Proficiency in industry relevant software and tools.

Total Compensation Package: $90,000-$130,000 annually. This estimate includes base
compensation ($90,000 minimum), median retirement fund contributions, and employer-paid
health and related benefits. The actual total will vary based on individual enrollment choices.
