Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Jr. Title Processor opportunity with a well-established and highly regarded title and real estate settlement provider based in Orlando, FL. This organization is known for its customer-first approach, collaborative culture, and long-standing reputation in the Florida real estate market.

The Junior Title Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Assisting with order entry and clearing of title conditions.

Communicating with all parties involved in the transaction to gather required information and documentation.

Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other title requirements to ensure compliance.

Ordering and reviewing surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts, and other closing-related documents.

Requesting and tracking Estoppel Letters from HOAs and management companies.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in the Title or Mortgage industry.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to communicate professionally with clients, agents, and lenders.

Pay Rate Range: $17/per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
