Investment Administrator
Location: Walnut, CA Hybrid Schedule: 1–2 days in-office, 3–4 days remote
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 annually + 10% annual bonus

Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a prestigious family office and investment firm to find a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Administrator. This hybrid role supports the investment operations and family trust accounting team, playing a key part in managing documentation, coordinating investment activities, and ensuring smooth communication with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and complete documentation for new private equity investment subscriptions.
Set up and manage brokerage and bank accounts for investment entities and family members.
Track investment notices and compliance documents in collaboration with the investment team.
Maintain organized investment files using SharePoint.
Serve as a liaison for daily requests from family members and investment professionals.
Support Investment and Family Accountants with administrative and operational tasks.
Assist with accounts payable processing.
Obtain or maintain a valid Notary Public license.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in financial services, investment administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with investment, legal, and banking documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and accounting software.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant coursework considered.
Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain one.
Additional Details:
Training: A two-month cross-training period with the outgoing employee (retiring July 31st). During training, the role will require 3 days per week in-office.
Team Environment: You’ll work closely with the Managing Director of Investments, the Santa Monica-based investment team, and family members.
