Alpha Fit Club is a premier group fitness training program for all fitness levels. This circuit-style concept features a blend of total body strength training, coupled with high-intensity cardio. Members rotate through six stations in accountability packs of four people, challenging themselves for six minutes at each station. Each station varies between cardio and strength, or a combination of the two, which can be scaled for any fitness level. Our community of like-minded individuals strive to work hard and reach their goals.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site position for an Operations Team Member at Alpha Fit Club. The Operations Team Member is responsible for supporting daily operations, communicating with members and guests, managing sales and inventory, and assisting with member experience

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude

Provide information about studio memberships and classes

Handle member inquiries, requests and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Process new member sign-ups and renewals

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility

Assist in coordination of appointments and facility bookings

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and welcoming gym experience

Aid in Business Events/ Local collaborations in and out of the studio.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment

Friendly and approachable demeanor with professional appearance

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic computer proficiency for data entry and member management software

Prior experience in the fitness industry or familiarity with fitness equipment and techniques is a plus
