This position is a temp to hire position.
Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for Shipping/Receiving-Order picking and load/unload at our client that is a worldwide distributor of Electrical products and is located in Buffalo Grove, IL. $20-$22 an hour.

Responsibilities:
SHIPPING/RECEIVING
Interface with project support and project managers to interpret complex receipt of material
Receive, put away and organize materials per process
Will communicate with other departments to resolve any issues with receiving.
Retrieve Inbound Materials
Retrieve UPS/FedEx from Receiving Dock Unload inbound trucks
Ensure each item has an accurate count and check if anything is missing/damaged on arrival
Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged Communicate issues to others as required
Put away Material
Verify accurate count and no damage Place material in its designated location
Maintain Inventory
Perform cycle counts Communicate discrepancies to Supervisor
Assist in other operations departments as neededMust have reliable transportation and attendance to meet employer's attendance standards for 24/7 production facility.

Schedule/Shift Details
2ND shift-Monday-Friday 3:15pm-11:45pmQualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience in warehouse, including order picking, shipping and/or receiving
Ability to lift heavy packages up to 70 lbs. and work on feet for typical 8 hour shift
Strong sense of time organization and urgency; successful working in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility; willingness to take on any project

IL Paid Leave for All WorkersAn employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
401(k) with company match for eligible employees.Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
