DATA ANALYST – POWER BI DASHBOARD

Location: Remote (EST/CST Time Zones are preferred)

Contract Length: 6-Months - Start Date: June 9, 2025, with possible extensions

Pay Rate: $42/hour

Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week during 1st build and replicating 2nd build, then 1-2 hours per week maintenance. Must be able to work during the day to attend meetings.

VisionCor is seeking a Data Analyst to support the analysis and application of learnings from the Coaching and Consulting Skills Assessment. This role will focus on building a comprehensive dashboard and analyzing the results from the skills assessment to generate actionable recommendations at the individual level, program level, specific tailored groups and aggregate level.

Project Scope: This initiative aims to leverage data from our Skills Assessment to evaluate its outcomes and support integration across various programs. The Data Analyst will design and build an interactive dashboard that consolidates the assessment results and performs in-depth analysis to identify current state 3 trends, insights, and opportunities for ongoing skills enhancements. These data-driven recommendations will be instrumental in refining our strategies and maximizing the impact of the skills assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development:

Design and build an interactive dashboard to consolidate and visualize results from the skills assessment.

Ensure the dashboard is user-friendly, visually engaging, and provides actionable, real-time insights.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze the results from the skills assessment to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.

Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights to enhance program outcomes and overall organizational impact.

Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to internal stakeholders.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on data requirements and reporting standards.

Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding data insights, project milestones, and deliverables.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

Validate data accuracy and ensure the integrity of the dashboard outputs.

Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the dashboard and analytical methodologies.

Qualifications for Data Analyst

· Dashboard Development:

o Proven experience designing and developing interactive dashboards using Power BI.

o Ability to create dashboards that are user-friendly, visually compelling, and provide real-time, actionable insights.

· Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets and identifying trends, patterns, and KPIs.

o Ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform decision-making and improve program performance.

o Skilled in preparing and presenting concise reports and presentations to internal stakeholders at various levels.

o Good working knowledge (proficiency preferred) of OData.

· Questionmark Assessment Platform:

o Experience working with Questionmark to analyze assessment results, integrate data into analytics platforms, and enhance learning outcomes based on data-driven insights.

· Collaboration and Communication:

o Excellent ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and align on reporting standards.

o Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and consistent updates on data insights and project progress.

· Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

o Meticulous attention to data integrity and validation of outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.

o Commitment to incorporating user and stakeholder feedback to refine dashboards and optimize analytical approaches.
