AR/Collections Specialist with AP Experience

Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a motivated, well-spoken, and eager Accounts Receivable (AR) / Collections Specialist for an exciting opportunity! If you're an exceptional communicator with a knack for problem-solving and possess strong Excel skills, we want to hear from you!

As the AR/Collections Specialist, you will:

Manage and oversee AR processes, including collections and account reconciliation.

Handle business-to-business collections with professionalism and persistence.

Reconcile customer accounts and participate in AR Aging meetings

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.

Collaborate with customers, sales and project managers to resolve outstanding invoices.

Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processes as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Candidates with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in AR/Collections with some AP knowledge.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis are a plus!).

A detail-oriented problem solver with a team-first attitude.

A motivated professional eager to contribute and grow with the organization.
