My client is looking for an Equipment Reliability Engineer to join their team in Twin Falls, ID. My client is a leader in the Food & Beverage industry who are on a mission to make high-quality, nutritious food accessible to everyone while uplifting communities and protecting the planet.

As an Equipment Reliability Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind the performance and reliability of their cutting-edge food production equipment. You'll:

Improve efficiency, safety, and product quality across production lines.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and manufacturing issues.

Lead engineering projects to reduce downtime and boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or dairy.

Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Experience with high-speed packaging, rotary fillers, or blow molding is a plus.

Familiarity with HACCP, food safety standards, and lean manufacturing principles.

Certifications like Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma, or CRE are a bonus.
