Remote Oil & Gas Title Attorney
LHH is actively seeking a skilled Oil & Gas Attorney to support our esteemed client's dynamic Oil & Gas Practice Group. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for attorneys with a sharp eye for detail and a strong background in title analysis and land ownership law. You'll play a key role in evaluating oil and gas title abstracts to determine land, mineral rights, and ownership interests helping our client make informed, high-stakes decisions in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.What You'll Do
Draft certified title opinions customized to meet client specifications.
Prepare and review title documentation in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Conduct due diligence and detailed analysis of oil and gas title abstracts for asset acquisitions.
Examine oil and gas leases to ensure accuracy, sufficiency, and future compliance.
Draft and review leases, agreements, and related legal documentation for energy transactions.
Provide curative legal solutions for title defects and ownership uncertainties.
Who You Are
Licensed Attorney with experience in Oil & Gas Title Abstracting (strong preference for Pennsylvania and West Virginia expertise).
Skilled legal writer with exceptional attention to detail and clarity.
Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal supervision.What We Offer
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour
