We are working with an international law firm on the search for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team based in Dallas, Texas. This role involves working closely with litigation attorneys to manage substantive case matters, draft legal documents, prepare for and attend trial, among other duties. The ideal litigation paralegal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working in Complex Commercial Litigation is required as well as the desire to work on a fast-paced, high profile litigation team in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence, for review and filing.

• Coordinate communications and efforts between attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and external vendors.

• Organize and manage documents related to witness interviews, depositions, hearings, trials, or arbitrations.

• Conduct online research and document reviews to locate and analyze case-relevant information.

• Utilize litigation technology, such as eDiscovery platforms and data rooms, to manage case files and electronic documents.

• File legal documents in State and Federal Courts and coordinate their service.

• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing trial binders, exhibits, and visual aids.

• Provide on-site support for attorneys during depositions, hearings, trials, or arbitrations.

• Maintain data rooms and ensure all matter files are up-to-date and properly organized.

• Ensure compliance with firm policies and uphold high standards in all tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.

• 5+ years of experience working on complex commercial litigation matters.

• Proficiency in legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, or Westlaw.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, and staff.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle high volumes of work.

• Familiarity with State and Federal Court filing procedures.
