Job Title: Mechanic – All Shifts Available Training Provided

Location: Rosemount, MN (55068)

Job Type: Full-Time Paid Weekly

Are you mechanically inclined and eager to learn? Whether you're experienced or new to the industry, we’re hiring Diesel Mechanics across multiple shifts. We offer hands-on training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow into a seasoned technician. Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Includes every 3rd Saturday of the month

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ((Tuesday–Saturday):

Includes a $3/hour shift differential

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Includes every 3rd Saturday of the month

3rd Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday–Thursday) What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment

Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems

Service brakes, hydraulics, tires, and engines

Conduct diagnostic testing and assist with fabrication tasks

Perform lube tech duties including greasing and fluid checks

Ensure safe operation of Peterbilt and other fleet vehicles What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills:

Experience with diesel engines and mechanical troubleshooting

Basic electrical and hydraulic repair knowledge

Ability to perform diagnostic testing and light fabrication

Willingness to learn and grow into a sr. mechanic role

Bonus if you have:

Previous experience in a shop or fleet maintenance setting

Certifications or formal training (not required – we’ll train the right person!) Full Benefits Package Includes:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $70720.00/yr.
