Machine Operator
Location: Lake City, MN
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Fridays are rare!)
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate a variety of machines including press brakes, turret machines, and shear presses to produce high-quality custom metal products. Key Responsibilities
Operate press brake, turret machine, shear press, and other shop equipment
Read and interpret blueprints with minimal assistance
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Follow demonstrated or written work instructions
Lift materials up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience operating industrial machinery
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Experience working with steel or metal materials is a plus

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite position in Lake City, MN. The shop is clean and organized, with a casual dress code (jeans and clean T-shirts or sweatshirts allowed). PPE is provided, and steel-toed boots are required. The work is varied, with frequent changes in tasks throughout the day.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
