Warehouse Operator Compensation

The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour (includes $1.50 shift differential)

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Warehouse Operator Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Drug test required prior to start

Warehouse Operator Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, assemblies, and finished goods within the facility

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

Maintain basic records and work within defined processes

Warehouse Operator Requirements

2 years of warehouse or related experience

1 year of forklift experience

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and certifications

Strong communication and basic computer skills

Ability to lift/move over 50 lbs and work in environments with extreme temperatures

Must be comfortable with physical labor including walking, standing, climbing, and repetitive hand motions

Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days

Warehouse Operator Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in metrics-driven environments

Understanding of material handling and logistics processes
