Are you ready to take the next step in your food manufacturing career? We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented leader to join our client's team as an Operations Support Supervisor. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring high-quality food production standards while leading and supporting a team in a safe, efficient, and positive work environment. What You'll Do:

Supervise and support Meat Slicing and Prep Kitchen teams to meet daily production goals.

Ensure all products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (USDA, HACCP, GMPs).

Maintain efficient workflows by staging and delivering proteins and ingredients to production lines.

Monitor and record daily waste, report discrepancies, and suggest process improvements.

Communicate effectively with production staff, quality teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Lead by example to promote a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace. What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 1 year in a food manufacturing or quality assurance role. Supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to read and follow production schedules and quality specs

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Certifications: HACCP certification preferred

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in cold environments. Why Join Our Client's Team?
