As an assembler, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our bird food manufacturing operations. You'll work on a team to assemble products, maintain production flow, and meet tight schedules-all while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Assemble bird feeders and bird houses using jigs and hand tools

Operate pneumatic staple guns, screwdrivers, and various machinery

Drill holes and perform basic woodworking tasks

Inspect parts for quality throughout the assembly process Qualifications and Requirements

Able to stand for long hours and work at a steady pace

Team-oriented with strong work ethic

The base pay for this position is $12.50/hou r, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
