We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in managing client relationships, preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and lead follow-ups
Coordinate and schedule client meetings and calls
Prepare presentations, reports, and sales documents
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
Support sales campaigns and initiatives
Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
