Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer, you will support the team by developing Standard Operating Procedures for our clients new entertainment attraction, taking an assortment of information from various sources, and compiling into cohesive documents that can be used to develop training materials.

Responsibilities:

Write Standard Operating Procedures for a variety of operational functions based on collected information from a variety of sources.

Partner with Subject Matter Experts, as well as agencies, to refine documentation and develop clear, actionable sets of instructions

Establish a consistent format design and approach to document development and version control

Experience:

Demonstrated experience working with technical information and developing operating documentation.

Demonstrated ability to synthesize complicated information into an easily understood format.

Experience managing multiple deadlines and working within multiple teams.

Expertise within hospitality or attractions and entertainment is a major plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizing skills using digital tools and Google Suite.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $76.50 to $85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
