**Job Title: 2nd Shift TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a TIG Welder, where you will have the opportunity to weld metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to blueprints or work orders. You will use both brazing and a variety of arc and gas welding processes to ensure the mechanical strength of diverse components and assemblies composed of steel, stainless steel, or other metals.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding operations using gas and arc welding equipment, ensuring atmospheric control for hand welding in all positions.
+ Interpret and follow blueprints and work orders to weld metal parts together.
+ Conduct own fitting and grinding of assembly parts as required.
+ Pass employer performance tests or standard tests to meet weld requirements.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in TIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience in assembly and fitting.
+ Capability to pass performance tests to meet weld requirements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Willingness to learn the entire welding process.
+ Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $25.00/hr.
