**Job Title: DT-EVS Tech**
**Job Description**
As a DT-EVS Tech, you will be responsible for cleaning non-occupied patient rooms, which involves deep cleaning tasks that typically take 20-30 minutes per room. This includes making the bed, flipping the mattress, and thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the entire room. You will handle linens by placing them into a large, heavy bag to be disposed of properly. Additionally, you will be required to clean isolation rooms, adhering to strict safety measures and mopping thoroughly with a string mop. This role requires wearing a full gown and mask and includes rotating weekend shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform deep cleaning of non-occupied patient rooms, including bed making and mattress flipping.
+ Thoroughly disinfect and clean entire rooms.
+ Handle linens and dispose of them properly.
+ Clean isolation rooms following strict safety protocols.
+ Wear full protective gear, including gown and mask, when necessary.
+ Rotate weekend shifts as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning roles.
+ Strong attendance record.
+ Punctuality and reliability in working required hours and shifts.
+ Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, nurses, doctors, and the housekeeping team.
+ Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to work with difficult individuals.
+ Ability to lift 50lbs and push 200lbs.
+ Minimum of 6 months of experience in hospital or hotel cleaning/housekeeping.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Direct experience in hospital settings is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $18.00/hr.
