**Job Title: Structures Technician**
**Job Description**
The Structures Technician will be responsible for performing C&D Check maintenance in a repair station environment. This role involves the fabrication and modification of structural parts and components, as well as the installation and overhaul of CRJs. The technician must be able to read blueprints and schematics and will work within a MRO/Part 145 environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform C&D Check maintenance in a repair station environment.
+ Fabricate and modify structural parts and components.
+ Install and overhaul CRJ aircraft.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Work in a MRO/Part 145 environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of experience in aircraft sheet metal/structures.
+ Experience in modification, repair, and overhaul.
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
+ Sheet metal fabrication skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must have your own tools.
+ Airframe/A&P License preferred, but not required.
+ Candidates with 2 years of modification experience plus A license or 8+ years of SMM experience without a license are ideal.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a heavy MRO environment, characterized by fast-paced operations and tight timeframes. Employees will perform heavy C/D checks and inspections with assigned work orders for daily tasks. The facility operates 24/7, offering shifts that include a 'Southern Swing Shift' schedule: 4 days on and 3 days off for the first week, and 3 days on and 4 days off for the second week. Shifts are split between first (7a-7p) and second (7p-7a) shifts. The dress code is casual, allowing for shorts or pants and a t-shirt.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeport, West Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
