**Job Title: Residential Construction Superintendent**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of 10-15 homes per year. This role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, and maintaining safety protocols.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the construction of 10-15 homes annually.
+ Manage and coordinate subcontractors for mechanical, electrical, and other work.
+ Schedule and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors.
+ Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
+ Track project progress and report updates to management.
+ Procure necessary materials and equipment for the job site.
+ Conduct site inspections to assess the quality of work and identify potential issues.
+ Provide training and guidance to workers on construction practices and safety procedures.
+ Assist with hands-on duties such as carpentry and painting.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 3 years overseeing residential or home builds.
+ Strong carpentry skills.
+ Good driving record.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to oversee multiple homes being built simultaneously.
+ Experience in carpentry.
+ Proven leadership skills.

**Work Environment**
This role involves working on-site at homes being built within the County. The position requires traveling between sites, ensuring all projects are on schedule and meet our high-quality standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Toledo, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
