**Job Title: Automation Technician**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a cutting-edge Plastics and Medical Device manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for daily work tasks, maintenance routines, repairs, and calibrations to prolong the useful life and optimize the efficiency of production equipment. Be proficient in electrical & mechanical preventive maintenance of presses for plastic injection.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in injection molding.
+ Experience in robotic troubleshooting with systems such as Yaskawa, Yushin, and Whiteland.
+ Understanding of Allen Bradley PLC's and HMI's.
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v.
+ Proficiency in pneumatic and servo motor troubleshooting.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
+ Perform equipment calibration and ensure optimal functioning.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with robotic systems.
+ Execute electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance of presses for plastic injection.

The work environment is climate-controlled within the Plastics/Medical Device Industry. Available shifts include 1st shift Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $88000.00/yr.
