**Job Description**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and cooperative individual to join our team as an assembler. The role requires standing throughout the workday and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. You will be cross-trained in various areas to ensure versatility and efficiency in completing tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Document what is received in the receiving area.

+ Perform factory reset by manually pressing a button.

+ Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs, with cycle times ranging from 60 to 90 minutes.

+ Perform Wi-Fi tests.

+ Execute elevated temperature tests.

+ Carry out cosmetic cleaning and repairs.

+ Conduct In Process Quality Control (IPQC) checks.

+ Prepare kits and palletize items for shipment to AT&T.

+ Complete shipping tasks.

+ Comfort with standing for the entire day.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with others.

+ Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Hand dexterity.

+ Punctuality.

+ Experience with assembly, packing, repair, refurbishing, stock management, quality inspection, soldering, testing equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, power tools, and general labor.

**Work Environment**

Our brand new facility in Elgin, IL, is specially built to ensure a comfortable work environment. It features a locker area and a cafeteria equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. The location is conveniently close to major roads, gas stations, and restaurants, making it easily accessible.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
