**Job Title: CNC Programmer**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. You will be responsible for programming a large 4-5 axis horizontal mill using Mastercam. Our company specializes in manufacturing sensors and other electrical components for the aerospace and defense industry.

**Responsibilities**

+ Program a large 4-5 axis horizontal mill using Mastercam.

+ Utilize Solidworks for design and programming tasks.

+ Engage in CNC mill programming, focusing on horizontal mills.

+ Apply expertise in CNC programming for 4-axis and 5-axis systems.

+ Conduct CNC lathe and Swiss programming.

+ Perform CMM programming tasks.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in CNC Programming.

+ Experience with Mastercam software.

+ Solidworks knowledge.

+ Expertise in operating a CNC Mill.

+ Familiarity with Horizontal Mill operations.

+ Understanding of 4-axis and 5-axis programming.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in the aerospace industry.

+ Swiss programming skills.

+ CMM programming experience.

+ Knowledge of CNC Lathe operations.

**Work Environment**

The work schedule is from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. The role requires flexibility to work weekends when necessary.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sylmar, California.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
