**Production Assembler**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in monitoring machines, inspecting products, and ensuring smooth production operations. This position involves packaging and palletizing, with employees rotating stations to keep the work engaging.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor machines to ensure efficient operation.
+ Visually inspect products as they come off the machines to maintain quality standards.
+ Package and palletize products for distribution.
+ Rotate stations to vary tasks and maintain engagement in repetitive work.
+ Lift up to 50 pounds as needed during production processes.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor and assembly experience.
+ Good hand-eye coordination for working with extremely small parts.
+ Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and understanding blueprints.
+ Experience in mechanical assembly and machine operation.
+ Capability in picking, packing, and operating a production line.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
+ Comfortable with sitting for extended periods.

**Work Environment**
The position is on the 1st shift, operating from 6 am to 4 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays. The facility is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work setting. Pay starts at 18/hr. 2nd shift hours are from 4:00pm-2:00am, Monday through Thursday. Pay starts on the 2nd shift at $19.50

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
