**Job Title: Assembly Supervisor**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Supervisor responsible for overseeing department employees and guiding them to maximize their potential. This role includes managing work orders, participating in cooler assembly, monitoring employee labor, ensuring safety in building heat exchangers, and supervising the assembly and testing of heat exchanger components. You will read and interpret blueprints and ensure products meet company quality standards, among other duties.

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise department employees and provide guidance to enhance their potential.

+ Manage workload and schedule work orders efficiently.

+ Participate in cooler assembly and record jobs daily using labor app.

+ Monitor employee labor app usage to ensure correct job punching.

+ Build heat exchangers safely using general shop tools.

+ Supervise assembly of heat exchanger bundles including layout, tubing, rolling, and hydrostatic testing.

+ Oversee final assembly and testing of heat exchangers, ensuring proper use of hardware fasteners.

+ Read and interpret instructions and blueprints.

+ Ensure products are built to company quality standards.

+ Report job completions and follow company policies and safety programs.

+ Balance labor across departments and manage accident reports.

+ Communicate with shop manager regarding necessary write-ups.

+ Ensure employees punch in and out correctly using the TTProd labor system.

+ Ensure accurate logging and descriptions of rework.

+ Schedule department overtime hours.

+ Ensure departments close jobs in TTProd upon completion.

+ Communicate with Department Leads to ensure work schedule completion.

+ Create tasks in the system for changes and notify engineering of part fit issues.

**Essential Skills**

+ Management skills

+ Lean manufacturing

+ Process improvement

+ Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate work activities and resources for manufacturing large air-cooled heat exchanger products.

+ Supervision of material flow, assembly, and testing of heat exchanger bundles and final assembly.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Prior experience managing air-cooled heat exchanger assembly production.

+ 4-6 years of manufacturing experience.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting instructions and blueprints.

+ Analytical skills.

+ Experience with hand tools, cranes, forklifts, and tube rolling equipment.

**Work Environment**

The role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility, where you will work with various tools and equipment, maintaining safety and efficiency.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
