**Job Title: Process Tech Lead**
**Job Description**
As a Process Tech Lead, you will be responsible for setting molds in machines and ensuring parts meet acceptable quality standards. You will assist the production manager in solving part quality and machine maintenance issues while providing guidance and training to operators.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set molds in machines and ensure parts meet quality standards.
+ Assist the production manager with problem-solving part quality and machine maintenance issues.
+ Aid operators with questions and provide training.
+ Maintain accurate records of material inventory.
+ Ensure each job has the appropriate material and accessory components.
+ Make rounds to check material levels at each job throughout the day.
+ Assist floor management as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with injection mold processes.
+ Maintenance technician skills.
+ Proficiency in blow molding.
+ Troubleshooting abilities.
+ Knowledge of plastic production.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in Process Tech and leadership roles.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
